For those feeling that stir — whether strong or subtle — we’ve created the Three Streams Institute, a ministry of Wellspring designed to walk with people in the slow, careful work of vocational discernment.
This isn’t a program to fast-track you into a role. It’s a season of community, reflection, training, and listening — shaped by the life and worship of the church.
Participants in 3SI don’t just study ministry. They are immersed in a formational journey — one that grounds them in theology, character, and practical wisdom, all within the rhythm of the church’s worship and life.
