Controller

Full Job Description

We’re seeking a Controller to continue the excellence in our financial operations. This role oversees the church’s daily financial processes, supports budgeting and reporting, manages payroll and accounts payable, and partners closely with our Board Treasurer and executive team. The Controller also supports select HR functions and plays a key role in maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness.

This position reports to Chris, our Executive Director of Administration, with dotted-line oversight from the Board Treasurer. We’re flexible in shaping the role to fit the hours and strengths of the right candidate, and we’re aiming for a start date before mid to late April.
