Parent Zone

Welcome Parents!

At Wellspring, we hold that parents are the primary disciplers of their children. This means we endeavor to come alongside families and they engage in faith formation practices with their children. We also want to support parents in these efforts and provide avenues for other caring adults to invest in the spiritual well-being of students. 

We love parents as a part of our ministry, and we engage these 4 key strategies as a part of working alongside parents in our ministry context:

• Partnering with Parents for Student Discipleship

• Fostering 5:1 Discipleship Support Networks

• Long-haul Relationships between Youth Leaders and Students

• Developing Durable Faith for student, well beyond our ministry 

One tangible strategy we employ is to offer regular Parent Hubs. Parent Hubs are meant to be a place to connect with fellow parents, learn together about our collective role in disciplining students, and spending time in prayer for our emerging generations. The Hubs will be offered during the school year on the Second Sunday of the month concurrent with our regular Flood Gathering from 6:30pm-8pm (dates subject to change).
